2. Consultation and Estimates
Pre-construction consultations are available and may be chargeable depending on project scope. Estimates are based on initial discussions and may change with project modifications.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project information, make timely decisions, and maintain prompt communication to avoid delays.
4. Payments
A non-refundable advance payment is required to begin any project. The remaining amount is to be paid in milestones as agreed. Late or incomplete payments may result in delays or suspension of work.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, layouts, and visuals (2D or 3D) created by YNL Interior Designers remain our intellectual property unless a transfer is agreed upon in writing.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Project cancellation will result in deductions based on work completed and resources used. Refunds (if any) are processed at our discretion.
7. Warranties and Liability
We ensure that all our work is carried out with the utmost care and in accordance with agreed specifications. For third-party products, warranties provided by their respective manufacturers or suppliers will apply. While we strive to meet all timelines, certain delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., material shortages, vendor schedules, or force majeure events). In such cases, we will keep you informed and work toward the earliest possible completion.
8. Modifications
We may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated through our website or directly to clients.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India.
